Terms and Conditions

1. Event Booking
1.1 Please check your booking confirmation to ensure that it is correct.
1.2 Payment for an NFST event is to be made within 10 days of reservation confirmation or your reservation may be cancelled.
1.3 Payment is to be made by either Paypal, bank transfer or cheque to Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust.
1.4 When making a booking you agree that you will answer all questions as honestly as possible, if, once the booking has been made, the NFST admin team notice any discrepancies that effect the total cost of the booking you the individual agree:
a. To pay any extra costs within 5 working days of a new invoice being sent to you by an NFST administrator.
b. That if you are due a partial refund, this will be refunded after the event has taken place.
1.5 A £50 surcharge will be automatically added to NSch – Non-paying members.
1.6 Any bookings made after a specific date will automatically incur a £50 surcharge.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms on a regular basis to keep yourself informed of any changes.
